I had a meeting earlier this week about possibly bottling my Apple Cinnimon and Spice bbq sauce AND my all purpose rub. I am also working on a Sweet Heat rub and a Ring of Fire rub (if you know what i mean) but this will all take time and money. I did however pick up 16 lbs of the all purpose rub yesterday and will be passing out samples to the BBQ Brethren that are competing at New Albany next weekend.
